During this 12-week journey, you will merge deepest inspiration with essential information—and learn, from the inside out, to nourish your fullest self and life. Joyfully, easefully, naturally, with clarity and a sense of choice.
You will not only know what you really need (and don’t) to build and nurture your own well-being, immunity, and vibrancy…you will DO IT. Even better, you won’t “just do it”—you’ll want to do it, and love to do it.
I’m bringing together everything I’ve developed and everything I’ve seen work, in my decades as a coach and trainer, to cultivate your own wisdom and power—to make your own self-care a sacred act of love, devotion, joy,and service.
As a health coach, fitness trainer, herbalist and energy healer, for decades I have seen what works and what does not—not only for energy, leanness, strength, vitality and resilience, but for an experience of pleasure and purpose in self-care.
I have witnessed and facilitated what makes the biggest difference in creating a healthy life you love. One that affords you the energy and strength to enjoy the present, build resilience, and stack your odds against illness for the longest and fullest life.
In addition to years of one-on-one coaching and decades of teaching and writing, I’ve offered several group programs over the past few years: Joy Fuel, which introduced the “motivation magic” of my Conscious Inspiration approach and helped participants design their own nourished life; and Nourish U, which offered a comprehensive nuts-and-bolts training on what I call The Pillars of Nourishment.
Now, for the first time ever, I’m bringing ALL of it (and more) together—in a small-group mentoring and coaching format. This adds the valuable dimension of peer support; is more affordable for many than one-on-one coaching; yet provides plenty of direct personal support from me.

For 30 years, people have been asking me, “how do I get myself to…?”
My answer is always the same. “You can’t. You can’t get yourself to, and no one else can either.” It doesn’t work to see it that way and it never will. There are so many flaws with the idea of “getting yourself to….” (which we will explore and transcend in this program!).
But you can do something MUCH better than get arm-wrestled into “complying” with grim, dry health “regimens.”
You can come to love and care for yourself and life so much, and make such a deep connection between what matters and what you DO, that you want to give yourself all the good things you learn about.

Instead of struggling to “get yourself to” do things….What if you cherished your self and life so deeply that you simply wouldn’t do anything but the best for it?

In this 12-week process, you will learn how to shift into a new way of seeing health and fitness, self-care and well-being…that will transform your whole life into a sacred act of self-care.
I’ll guide you in a complete transformation to love yourself and your body so much that you happily give yourself what you need in all ways. I will also help you figure out what that IS—and distinguish it from all the confusion that’s out there.

- choose to put your health and self-care first—and not feel selfish
- transform your relationship to any healthy changes you want to make
- connect your self-care to what matters most, so your daily choices are naturally supportive to your goals
- dissolve your confusion, anxiety, overwhelm and resistance to healthy choices
- forget about your meaningless “weight” and start fueling your LIFE
- learn how to weed out health-headline “noise,” and discern what’s optimal from what’s extraneous
- build your own “nourishment blueprint”—YOUR path to strong, lean, and energized
- begin to treasure, honor, and value yourself and body so thoroughly that you lose interest in unhealthy things
- discover how to inspire and motivate yourself
You’ll move beyond fear, boredom, and the toxic paradigm of Diet Thinking. You’ll be kinder and more generous to yourself—honoring of who you are, who you’re becoming, and what you want to create.
You’ll explore how to find joy and love in well-being and healthy choices, rather than resistance, “grim grit” and fear. You’ll find and begin to follow your healthy true north for the most vibrant and expressive life.
You’ll also learn why your weight doesn’t matter (never did, never will)—and what to measure instead. You’ll banish confusion as you integrate the essentials of food, movement, sleep/rest and un-stressing, and the importance of other nourishing elements for your life.
And as you naturally care for yourself more kindly, with greater clarity, your immunity, energy and mood will be lifted as confusion and resistance dissolve.

WHY DOES YOUR SELF-CARE MATTER?
We’ll explore this in depth throughout the program, but the gist is this:
It matters greatly that you’re loving and generous to yourself.
It matters for your immunity. It matters for your energy and mood. It matters that you’re here embodied, and powered up, to do what you love and whatever you’re here to do. That you have the stamina and strength to give your gifts.
It matters because healthy self-care sidesteps costly chronic disease that takes most people out too soon, or distracts them from living life even when they’re alive (cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, depression, and more). The fear of these conditions alone paralyzes and torments many people.
Self-care serves your highest good and THE highest good.
And if you love doing the healthy things, you do them.
You can love healthy things. You can love YOU. You can treat yourself like life you’re a treasure and life is a miracle.
HOW IT WILL WORK
In a safe, supportive, and powerful container, you’ll have 12 weeks weekly training and coaching, Q&A, peer support, plus superb materials and tools.
- Each week, we’ll meet together on Zoom to cover perspectives and practices for the week, to build and cultivate your knowledge, inner compass, and authentic self-reverence.
You’ll have the chance to ask me questions and support one another.
- You can optionally share your “homeplay” reflections and insights in the Facebook group, and/or with an optional self-care buddy” from the program.
- PLUS, every participant will receive his/her own private coaching session with me during the course of the program. (The value of this session is literally almost half the cost of the whole 12-week program—that is, two private individual sessions with me would cost the same as the whole program.)
- AND, there will be two special-guest workshops on complementary topics to help further nourish mind and body. One on a physical topic and one on a mind-spirit topic.
- Finally, you’ll have the option to buddy up with another participant to support one another in your evolution during these three months.
Through the journey, you’ll cut thru info-overload to the bottom lines of what really matters and what really works—underpinned by a powerhouse inspirational process that takes “motivation” to a whole new level.
Healthy living will come alive—and become your way. No longer an abstract concept or chore, but a natural practice that’s fired by deep clarity and purpose.

Very, very few people in our culture are having this kind of deep, adult conversation when it comes to health and fitness. Instead, it’s a ragtag melange of headlines, “habit change,” guilt, superficial goals and grim regimentation.
